Dr. Perris is nice, explains things very well, has good bedside manner. He applied all the drops to my eyes and even wiped my eyes, which I thought was nice.
His office staff were a bit unprofessional in my opinion and while having their own side conversations, made a couple comments that I felt were not professional. Conversations like this belong in the lunch / break room, not the front office where patience can here.

I am a single physician practice which allows me the ability to give you extremely personalized care. He was through and gave me advice on how to care for my eyes on a daily basis as well as the normal exam. He is patient and careful with the eyes. I usually have trouble with the exam but he held my lid to assist me.

Everyone in the Office was very friendly and helpful, but the waiting time was ridiculous. I waited for 50 minutes before being brought into the office. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes after getting my pupils dilated. I was also sent away with dilated pupils out into a very bright sunny day and was not given any sort of eye protection. Overall, my experience was ok because the people were friendly, but it seems that some of the processes in the office are broken and need fixing.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Perros, and it went well. Matter-of-fact in his manner, I was at ease and comfortable. A care plan was quickly put forth for my diagnosis, and scheduled accordingly.

I had never seen Dr. Perros before, and I located him online via Google and ZocDoc. I found him to be efficient and extremely professional. My situation was a litle unusual (it involved Lasik done at another facility), but he quickly sized up the situation, gave me a diagnosis and a great plan for going forward with potential future treatments. In the end I was in and out quickly and had great peace of mind as I left - after all, your vision is a serious thing. For having picked someone "out of the blue" from online, I feel I hit it out of the park on this one.
The only reason I am not giving him 5 stars on wait time is because, as might be expected, as a new patient I had to spend about 15 minutes filling out the requisite paperwork. Other than that, he's 5 stars all the way.
