“I scheduled an appointment with Zocdoc the morning of 12/9, I was able to visit the office in the same day. I visited for a lower eyelid issue and for an eye exam.
Dr. Bertoia and staff were awesome! I felt very welcomed and even got to share a few laughs with the team. A stressful optic issue turned into a visit that left me feeling informed and cared for. Despite the tardiness, emergencies happen so not their fault, I was given the eye exams bya doctor who was off that day in order to speed things up.
I had been contacted previously so I knew my insurance no longer was covered there, but they readily applied a discount to compensate and due to the wait, they discounted most of the exams too.
Medically, I had never seen so much of my eye, amazing.

Dr. Bertoia is the only person I trust with my eyesight (well, his office partner Dr. Ortega is also wonderful!). He is thorough, up-to-date, and shows concern. Everything you could ask for in a doctor. I always feel like any questions I have are always answered, and they take great care to ensure that everything is checked out properly.
