Dr. Nguyen is PHENOMENAL! And, if a doctor is only as good as his staff, this is the jackpot! The support staff is awesome and every person in the clinic is knowledgeable on some sort of level and are SO friendly!!! I've seen two providers in the clinic, Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Vo, impressive is not the word I'd use to them. Before I saw Dr. Nguyen, I was extremely sick ALL THE TIME! After one visit with him and a few follow-ups with Dr. Vo, 2023 is the first year I've not had an upper respiratory infection! I had no idea that allergies could affect everything from your digestive system to your oral health! Every member of my family is a patient and several of my friends are, too!

Dr. Nguyen is a friendly and knowledgeable Allergist who is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Allergy & Immunology and the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Nguyen enjoys taking care of both children and adults with asthma, hay fever, chronic sinusitis, chronic cough, hives and various allergic diseases such as food allergy, insect, and drug allergies. He is especially compassionate in treating patients with severe eczema and primary immunodeficiency to help improve their quality of life.
He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Houston in Biochemistry and Biophysics in 2003. His medical degree was awarded in 2007 from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He completed his intership and residency in internal medicine at University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio followed by a fellowship training at the Division of Allergy, Immunology, and Rheumatology, Pediatrics at All Children's Hospital/Johns Hopkins Medicine at University of South Florida in Saint Petersburg, Florida. During fellowhship training, his research focused on subcutaneous immunoglobulin replacement in primary humoral immunodeficiency patients and patients with eczema. He also helped set up a specialized Atopic Dermatitis Clinic where a comprehensive and standardized approach in treatment of eczema was established.

He is a very good physician. Excellent bedside manner, very intelligent and attentive. I remember it being packed the day of my visit, but Dr. Nguyen took the time to thoroughly educate me on the cause of my illness. He is a fine doctor!
Note—his office (at least in southwest Houston) is packed so if you are a new patient, expect to be there for at least 2 hours!

The only problem is that the office rejected my treatment because I didn’t provide my credit card first time. I asked to send me the invoice but they didn’t agree and they rescheduled the appointment until I provide payment method. That action was painful to me especially I was an old patient of this doctor.

My original appointment was 9 am and I got called and was asked to change to 2 pm but finally I was able to see the doctor after 3:00pm.
I was very disappointed. There were so many patience for only one doctor.

Dr. Nguyen was incredible! He was kind and informative. He first asked what brought me in, and at no point did he interrupt my 7 minute long spiel. Dr. Nguyen really listened. He also discussed the plan of care out loud, making sure my husband and I knew exactly what was going on. If you need an allergist/immunologist, I highly recommend you see him.
