Let me start at the fact I arrived early, 45 minutes before my appointment. Had to refill all the paperwork I done online. Didn’t see the Doctor until almost 12;00. I explained that I had just moved to Vegas and needed bloodwork because I hadn’t been able to see my Doctor before I moved. Short exam well sitting in the chair, VERY ODD. He then ordered a EKG, the assistant said she would take the results to the Doctor. He never came back to discuss the results. Well that was over a week ago and STILL have not received any of my test results. BIG MISTAKE.

I have been going here for 6 months. The office staff is so horrible, rude and have no clue what is going on. This appointment was the last straw for me. Dr ez took 2 and a half hours to see me then was in such a rush he didn't really listen to what I had to say. I have had migraine for a long time and he is trying to force botox on me which I don't want to do right now. Also I needed FMLA paperwork filled out . 2 pages and they wanted to charge me 100 dollars. I am done with this place. They always treat me like I am only sealing meds but all I want is to get better. I really wish there were better doctors here

Here medical assistance one in particular Hispanic lady has a real bad attitude. If your a new pt be prepared to wait. The doctor herself is real cool easy to talk to. They do your blood work right there in the office so you don't have to go out your way..

The nurses were very nice and freindly. The doctor basically accused me of lieing about medications I take. He was not very friendly at all. The wait was forever and the waiting room had loud rude people yelling out obscenities.

They moved my appointment by half an hour because I didnt come a half hour early? Apparently the zocdoc paperwork does not work with their office.
October 28, 2016Christopher C.Verified patient
I like him and the nurse practitioner but the wait time has been WAY too long the last few times. It has taken an average of 90 minutes to 2 hours which is ridiculous especially consider I have to take a long lunch break for my Dr appointments. The front office staff is extremely unfriendly and rude also. One time I raced across town to get to my appointment which was at the end of the day. This was because when I was there the day before for my injections they said they couldn't give me my re-fills which I had called to verify prior to coming in before my appointment and they made me re-schedule for the next day. After all the trouble i went through I sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before they called me up and asked to collect my co-pay. I shouldn't have had one because I was only coming in because of their mistake but they wouldn't listen to me. I didn't have my card with me so I grabbed my checkbook and starting to write a check thinking I don't even have the energy to argue with them right now. Then they said I couldn't write a check. Huh? They have mailed me many bills in the past which all had the option to be paid with a check made out to their office and mailed to the building i was standing in. So what is the difference? So I said I would go downstairs and get the money from my car and they said they were closing soon so now there wouldn't be enough time. BS!!! I asked why they had me wait 20 minutes to collect my co-pay i the first place if they on such a time crunch, they just stare blankly. They are stone cold and do not care

Let's see my appointment was at 10:30 am and I was here at 10am because I knew I would have to fill out paperwork. I'm still waiting at 12:30. And multiple people have been seen before me that came in well after me. No explanation. But it seems like this is a pain clinic and not a good place to go for primary care even though it's listed that way on this website. I will NEVER come here again. And will absolutely make sure anyone I know doesn't come here either. Thank god I have a flexible job otherwise I wouldn't have been able to sit here for so long. Worst experience ever seeking help with medical issues.

My appointment was at 2PM and I didn’t get seen by him until after 4!!! And then only briefly and then he left again and said he would come back! It wasn’t until around 4:50 over half an hour later that he came in to actually talk to me. I was there because I was depressed because my girlfriend had left me and wanted some prozac or something. But because it was now the end of the day and he was still juggling patients he just suggested I go to the hospital. I told him I was definitively NOT suicidal or anything I just needed some antidepressants. I told him I had many reasons to live and DID NOT want to die I was just very depressed about my break up and wanted an antidepressant so I could focus on my work and life without feeling so depressed.
By that point it was about five O clock and he said ok and then left the room and called the hospital just so he could go home. Next thing I know I'm being taken against my will and roughed up by police officers and security guards strapped down to a stretcher and detained with no rights what so ever. I HAD EVERY ONE OF MY HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATED BY THIS DOCTOR! AND I HAVE POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER THAT I TOLD HIM ABOUT AND HE STILL DID WHAT HE DID!!! THIS EXPERIENCE WAS TRAUMATIZING!!! And I sustained physical injury to my head during this incident which I took pictures of in case anyone wants them.
I was then detained at the hospital for another couple hours. In that time I told the security guards what was happening and the supervisor of security told me not to worry that “this happens all the time”, and as long as I’m not actually suicidal or violent they will release me. They even showed me the sheet where he wrote that I had said I was suicidal just so he would have an excuse not to deal with me. But they evaluated me several times and could see that I was not a violent or suicidal person. So they released me with a prescription for Prozac, and even told me how sorry he that I went through this and advised me that I should file a formal complaint with the medical board.
I had also been there to get a prescription for my insomnia. Never got that prescription. I also got some blood work done there and told them that I needed the results in writing. Never got those results. In fact I didn’t get any of the help I needed from that appointment. So while my insurance is getting charged and I’m being held at the doctors office for hours not being treated for my ailments I came in for, and when I am treated I am treated with a disguising lack of human rights and dignity…even physically violated just so that doctor could get me out of his hair so he can do what matters most to him, which is getting me out of his hair after making me wait all afternoon, charging my insurance and going home while he has me off in the loony bin for something that he lied about.
This doctor David Ezeanolue is a honest to god sociopath. He is not a doctor for ethical purposes to help people. He views people like animals in a processing plant. He overbooks himself and mistreats his patients in an effort to simply get as many in and out of his office as quickly as possible! This ordeal cost me a whole afternoon of business, plus a date I had after work, and the emotional and physical trauma that I had to endure because of it! This doctor is legitimately reckless and destructive to his patients lives and health because he is more focused on business and how many patients he can possibly process in a single day. Doctors like this should not have a right to practice medicine because they can do intense harm and damage to others. And they do, I am living proof. If I could afford one I would get a lawyer and sue him but unfortunately I cannot so I am relying upon you in the medical board to make sure this man is dealt with properly so that hopefully he does not do these types of things to innocent people who are just looking for help.

He is honest, the more I go the more I like him. He definitely tells me the truth, what to expect and when I need to rethink my medical plans. For example, I have a knee injury that stems from an accident I had years and years ago, my surgeon wants to operate but Dr Ez thoroughly explained the long term repercussions of undergoing yet another operation and offered another plan of treatment for me. He really cares and thats hard to find now a days.

Dr. easy, as he is called, is a very smart doctor. He has a plan to wean me off morphine a previous doctor was overprescribing, and will also be my primary care physician.
He possibly has saved my life!

Outstanding. From the gate with check in with the front office team; every one I spoke with and kind and actually looked at you when answering questions, truly a stellar group of hard working individuals. Once vitals were taken and a brief chat with the nurse who couldn't have been more lovely to be around I went back to the spacious lobby. I was called shortly after that to go in depth with the PA for the DR. An excellent PA they have; very calm and easy to talk to took a full report of my issues. Once he finished Dr. EZ came in. I was trying amazed by his humble demeanor and peaceful disposition. He actually sat down and talked with me. As I said before, outstanding. I would recommend him to everyone I know. If you are on the fence chose him, you won't regret this choice.

Dr. EZ is amazing. His Medical Assistants, not so much. Inappropriate conversations while having a patient hooked up to an EKG machine isn't the smartest thing to do IMO.

The people in the front office were rude and it took a half hour just to get paperwork to fill out. It was almost two hours before I was seen by the doctor. The nurse who helped me was sweet, however the equipment used to measure my blood pressure hurt and the thermometer didn't work. You could tell the office had no organization and no communication. Was sent back in the waiting room to wait for a room since they had no idea who was going in what room. The only saving grace was the doctor who was very professional and sweet. He was very attentive and helpful.
