This appointment was a joke. I waited for two hours and was not seen by the doctor. He was in his office with the door closed no patient. The people at the desk have no idea what’s going on.

The office was very outdated. I asked for the wifi and was looked at as though I asked for the most foreign accommodation. The wait time was way too long for a summer appointment, when it's not the normal season for sniffles and all. I'll say that the staff was lovely.

Waited 1 hr 15 min before seeing doctor for my scheduled appt time. Then waited another 10 min in the room while the doctor did paperwork in front of me of me in silence. Very unclear in his communications walking me through the checkup expectations, referred me to get another exam without clear explanation and walked me out to reception before I had the chance to ask any questions. Very awkward and uncomfortable experience. Office was dirty as well. Won’t be going back here.

I booked a 1:30 PM appointment through ZocDoc and arrived 5–10 minutes early. Despite completing all forms online beforehand, I was told to redo the paperwork on-site — which defeats the purpose of using ZocDoc. I ended up waiting 45+ minutes past my scheduled time while multiple walk-ins/ appointments were taken in before me, including someone from another floor who just wanted his prescription refilled who clearly arrived after I did.
The front desk staff, particularly the younger woman seated on the left of the desk was gossiping loudly with other workers from another floor and cursing and using nasty language within earshot of patients. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional for a medical environment.
Ultimately, I decided to leave and will not be rescheduling. I expected better treatment, organization, and respect for my time. I’ll be finding a different provider going forward.
The dark skinned receptionist to the right was more professional.

I would never return to this unprofessional establishment ever again. My appointment was for 1:30pm, I wasn't seen until 4pm. Staff continued to speak in Spanish loudly the entire wait and it just seemed to be a free for all. I felt very disrespected by the office manager. He didn't seem to care that I had been waiting for so long and refused to give me the corporate phone number. The office manager took my vitals, I don't think he's certified to do so, used a blood pressure cuff that's too small for me. Just a mess! Many people complained about the long wait and no directions or updates given. Do not go there if you want good service and someone to care.

I have no idea if this doctor is good or not because after waiting an HOUR with my 83 year old mother we left. What is astounding is that there were only two others in the waiting room while we were there. The ENTIRE front desk staff needs to be fired immediately! They were unbelievably unprofessional and totally checked out. I will never, ever go here again. The doctors need to clean house. Better to pay two professional people more money than have that gaggle of incompetence floating around!

I waited for 1 hour and 38 mins before my blood pressure was taken. I waited over two before I got seen by the doctor. No one apologized for the wait time. It seems normal ??. I will never go back to this office. I got a parking ticket because I was waiting in the office for so long ??

My wife called to say she inadvertently made 2 appointments in error, and she informed them that I would be taking the 12:30 appointment. She asked them to cancel the 3:00. She even made certain the doctor could do a pre-op visit. She was told by the female she spoke to that the office would be notified. Well, after being asked why I was there when I checked in and told to have a seat, I had to ask when I would be seen. I was told I was next after about 1 and a half hours of waiting. Then they called in someone else! After a little bit I asked what was going on and it was only then that the person at the desk told me I had a 3 pm appointment. Wouldn’t she wonder why I arrived at 12:30?! I stormed out at that point. The place was rundown and the staff extremely unfriendly. Do yourself a favor, and STAY AWAY!
