Let me preface by saying the following: I hate going to visit any doctor; however, Dr. Henderson is an expert and extremely professional. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Henderson!
I was very impressed with Dr. Henderson and appreciated his way of putting me at ease in discussing health matters, treatments, and going forward. More doctors like his style would be a boon for the medical profession and for the patient. I felt I was in the hands of not only a competent professional, but someone who actually cared about me.

Entirely unhelpful in finding a treatment or just pointing me in the right direction to treating my health issues.

He is great - very personable! Went to him for gastro issues but may switch to make him my MD as well.
Listened to my concerns, hopefully medication he suggested will work! Loved Alma (nurse?) there too.
Overall, I believe Dr. Henderson is a great Dr. He's very patient and answered all my questions.
All around a quality, informative visit. Clearly a Doctor who both knows his stuff and cares.
Dr. Henderson is smart, educated in multiple specialties, high tech and 5 minutes from my home

It was very good a short wait time the doctor was kind n listen closely to what I have to say

Office is busy with other doctors but Dr. Henderson office is professional and friendly.
He was a great guy. Really friendly and honest. Everything you'd want in a doctor.
Dr. Henderson is a thoughtful doctor and I appreciate his calm collectedness
He was very nice and listened to all of my concerns. Very thorough.
Awesome doctor, quick and easy appointment, would highly recommend!

Very long wait time, almost 1.5 hours. Then to only spend 5 minutes with the dr and not get much feedback on how to address any of the issues that I came to see him about was disappointing.

As much as I would like to give Dr. Henderson a positive review, unfortunately I cannot. I am still waiting to hear back from him in regards to blood work, which he said I would have results to the next day, and I never received a response. It is nearly a week later! I saw him on one previous appointment, which I gave a urine sample, I was instructed to call the next day for results, he did not return my call. I call again the following day, at that time the assistant said that since this was my 2nd time calling she would make sure he called me back. He did call me this time, but after I had to call him twice. I have never been to a doctor where I had to call them for results, normally I have always had a doctor that follows up with me with the results. It is a little unsettling that he still has not gotten back to me with my results to my blood work. I am going to find another doctor. He is a really nice person, but this is unacceptable.

Friendly, But I see this doctor, very dedicated in his work, AND VERY CONCERNED ON ONES WELL BEING, ITS a big office, and a big staff, there very fast in there, this is my first visit, Parking is horrific, I had to park at the Beverly center mall, and wallk about 5 blocks, when I left the mall, they only take credit card only, she took my cash, but she fussed at me , I had a pleasant business, ill be back..

Extremely thorough review of my medical records which inspired my confidence. Friendly, engaging and engaged in treating me. Glad I made the decision to see this doctor.

Dr. Henderson made me feel relax about Diagnosis and his plan of care. Office staff, friendly and helpful. Office pleasant, patients talked with each other. No TV distractions. Every patient coming and leaving in high spirits. Wait time about 20 minutes. It helps to be able to fill paperwork online before each office visit.

I thought that the visit was going well until I notice the good doctor speaking as though he was inferior to me.....The doctor seems to know what he's talking about medically but if i could change one thing I would suggest he not offer personal advice because that is certainly not his expertise. I have elected to try a return visit in about a month one hopes that he have came down off that high horse he was riding yesterday.

Great experience. Doctor really listened to my concerns and took the time to completely explain everything. No wait. Let them know who I was seeing and showed me to a patient room. Did not wait but five minutes in patient room for doctor.
Verified patient
Dr. Henderson was great and his staff was fantastic... Would highly recommend him to anyone. They got me in and out fairly quickly, while still doing a complete exam.

It was Great
Verified patient
He was wonderful, caring and actually is going to do something about what my problem is instead of these other doctors I have been going to for the last couple of years that tell me to: Oh....just take over-the-counter medicine and not to stress out. Obviously this approach didn't cure or help me it only progressed into worse!
Verified patient
Dr. Henderson was cordial and warm. His excellence in his his was immediately apparent. His staff was welcoming and efficient.

The whole team went out of their way to make me feel welcome. It was busy and quite a bit going on, but they still took time to make me comfortable. Dr. Hendersen was just what was needed, it was the best initial appointment and I look forward to getting to know the team and finding an integrated approach to HEALTH thanks to them!
Long wait time, but the doctor was friendly, intelligent, and professional. He asked lots of questions about my medical background, explained things clearly, and made sure I had no more questions before leaving.
Dr. Henderson was intelligent and professional.
I would recommend and will see him again
Verified patient
I've seen him several times. Sometimes there can be a wait, but that is because he always gives his patients there full attention.
Dr Henderson was really great, he was very attentive to what I had to say. Gave me his diagnosis and even told me about other ways that I can better my health.
Nice Dr. but I have literally called 5 times to speak with him regarding my lab work and he has failed to call me. I don't know how unorganized his secretaries are but really!? 5 times!? She promised me he would call today when i went off on her yesterday on my 4th call. Nope. Stay away if you can.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a new doctor. The doctor told me that I was trifling and irresponsible. I did not like him all, horrible bedside manner. I would not recommend. He is to arrogant. I cancelled my next apt with him.
Verified patient
Dr. Henderson is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything clearly to me and answered my questions easily. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to see a gastroenterologist. The one downside is that the walls in the examination rooms are very thin and you can hear discussions in the next room.
Still like the Dr. Not a fan of the office...
I enjoyed the Dr. thoroughly. I thought his bedside manner was great. The only downside is that the office is in a gross building and in dire need of an update. Otherwise, positive experience.
He's EXTREMELY competent and helped me tremendously when I was very sick. But the wait times at his office are obscene and he can be very rude and curt, as though he expects patients to be medical professionals.
He was actually really interested in my background, kind of put together my history without my having to say too much and actually seemed concerned. A really nice guy. Even made me laugh.
Verified patient
he was good to me.
It was great he answer all my questions.
Excellent.

VERY expensive office & didn't offer help for the reason i was seen. for what was done, i don't see how the price fits the protocol. also considering the area the office is located in. the wait was not great either.
rude, insensitive, unprofessional and completely out of line. a nightmare. now all his assistants where great, maybe that's why he gets away with his attitude.
Dr. Henderson is the most unprofessional, disrespectful doctor I have ever been to. He gave me what I would consider a "psychic" visit, not examining me or listening to my symptoms, merely diagnosing me from sight. He took two phone calls in the course of five minutes, not apologizing for either, leaving me sitting on the examination table (here, just a table--skipping the examination) and telling me I'm "skinny" and am a "classic case." Rude and pompous. I wonder if he would treat a man the same way he treated me.
