Donald Milione is a dedicated and experienced chiropractor treating his patients in New York City. Dr. Milione is passionate about bringing his patients’ wellness full-circle, and he approaches each one using the “whole person approach,” in which Dr. Milione looks for underlying causes of discomfort, and he pinpoints his treatment to optimize normal functionality of his patients. Dr. Milione is a member of the New York Committee on Occupational Safety and Health.
Dr. Milione graduated from the New York Chiropractic College with honors, and he earned his post-graduate degree in occupational health. Dr. Milione is Spanish-bilingual, and he is dedicated to reaching his patients and impacting their health in a positive way. Dr. Milione treats patients experiencing scoliosis, stress, neck pain, hip pain, back pain, shoulder pain, require a chiropractic adjustment, or desire anti-aging treatment. On Zocdoc it says he is in network but when i got there and was already receiving treatment he let me know he was out of network, from there they told me I had to pay my in-network deductible but couldn’t access that information. I walked out paying a lot of money and will not be returning, it was very shady and i’m still not clear if the money I paid will go toward my deductible.

Both Dr. Milione and his staff are incredibly generous and I would recommend to anyone in need of chiropractic care! He makes a point to prioritize his patients and also works with you for scheduling and financial needs. I am thankful that I found him and my neck and shoulder are feeling much better since seeing him!

I have had issues with my back for decades, I have seen various EU and US specialists but no one was able to assess the problem as Dr.Milione. After my first visit I felt significantly better and felt good core balance. The 2nd session sertainly helped better blood circulation and for the first time in long years I was able to benefit from undisturbed night sleep, without painful numbness, crumbs and lower back pain. I look very much forward for my 3rd session.

The office works like swiss clock. They treat multiple patients having appointments set at the same time, but they manage it within respectful manner, so my wait time was less then 20 minutes. If you have not pre-filled your forms online, please try coming 10 min earlier, because is quite a lot of necessary paperwork.
At the appointment, Dr.Milione is very attentive and he has great aura and even greater amount of humor that just enlightens the whole experience.
Dr.Milione does thorough examination and because he definitely knows his business, he is right on the point with the treatment. It was very painful on my part, but I felt immediate relief and was able to move much better. The treatment included nerve reflex examination (you will be asked to sign 1 paperwork for that reason), heat treatment , muscle electrical relaxation treatment and very gentle spine alignment after all previous steps helped. I was out of the office at a promised time and will be back for sure, as well as I would definitely recommend Dr.Milione to my contacts..

Dr. Millione made my first trip back to the Chiropractor in too long (oops) extremely pleasant! He was patient and kind while running through several tests to assess my level and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed as well as the science behind each step he took. Dr. Milione explained everything to me and made sure I understood my MRI’s and X-Ray’s and made sure I was comfortable with the plan for my treatment. It didn’t push me too hard and cared about making sure I was always comfortable. When we needed to push through the pain he always prepared me. While Dr. Milione was kind, charismatic, and attentive to my back pain, I felt extremely uncomfortable with his old school procedures and practices. His office hasn’t been updated since the 1970’s and he used machinery and equipment that I was uncomfortable using, though I’ve been seeing chiropractors since I was in elementary school. The doctor was extremely forceful on the equipment he used and didn’t provide any reassurance during my visit, even though I was noticeably uncomfortable with the therapy he used. I left feeling just as uncomfortable as I did while I was sitting there.

Very uncomfortable first appointment, and I was not impressed with his bedside manner. The treatments were, as I was led to believe, covered by my insurance but then I was later billed for them. The treatments did not help, even made me feel a little nauseous. That may just be me–my sister loves the treatment she gets from her chiropractor.
