Incredibly friendly Doctor, PT and staff. Doctor and PT were very knowledgeable and fixed my problem. Very little wait time and a clean, modern office with a nice view of Rockefeller Center. An overall great experience!

The office abs appointment was good. Quite annoying that the insurance card entered on zoc doc is not honored ans insurance and tons of paperwork need to be filled out that could be done electronically or by esign. Very annoying.

The entire staff really cared about getting me out of pain. I left the office feeling less stiff than I had in a week. Am I completely pain free, no but I feel like the staff and I are on the same page to get me there. I also liked that no one spoke down to me but did explain why I was in so much pain.

Cannot say enough good things about this office. They have everything: massage, acupuncture, PT and chiro. They never charge a copay. All covered by insurance. Amazing results!

My visit was excellent with Dr. Tichauer & all of the medical professionals & staff at
the office. I appreciated their approach and professionalism. I saw the PT, medical masseuse & Dr. Tichauer, & all of them were friendly and I felt very skilled.
I will definitely be coming here on a regular basis as part of my whole body maintenance.
