This was my first visit to any kind of health related office since I moved to the Dallas area, and my experience was phenomenal! From the staff to Dr. Haas herself, it was a great appointment! They were really understanding of my busy work schedule and got me on my way quickly. She was really great about giving low cost options and willing to experiment to get me the best script possible. It was really refreshing and quite a relief!

Dr. Donna K. Haas is originally from the great state of Louisiana
but got to Texas as soon as she could.
She graduated from R.L. Turner High School in Carrollton,
Texas.
Dr. Haas then went on to Texas Womans University in Denton,
where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology,
cum laude.
She then moved to Memphis, Tennessee where she graduated
from the Southern College of Optometry with her doctorate
degree in Optometry. In her third year, she completed her
externships at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, and the
Low Vision Centers of Texas in Arlington. At her graduation, Dr.
Haas received several clinical awards including outstanding
contact lens care.
When she is not wearing her doctor hat she takes great pride in
being a wife to Ed and mother to Neil and Kate. It is very
important to her to keep a balance between family and work.

Having moved to Texas from out-of-state and having had only one optometrist my entire life, I was a bit apprehensive about going to a new optometrist, but I Dr. Haas and her staff were great! I actually showed up for my appointment a day early and they were so friendly and accomodating that they fit me right in. I will definitely be going back!

Dr Haas was super nice and friendly. She was able to answer all concerns and questions I had. There was basically no wait and the staff was great.
