My daughter, myself and my mother have all been patients of Dr. Jimenez for various foot and ankle issues. Dr. Jimenez is totally involved his patients care. He talks to my daughter and my mother directly and takes his time to identify where the pain actually is stemming from. His staff are very professional and work hard to ensure the Dr. has the necessary time available to bring the best possible care to their patients. I recommend Dr. Jimenez as well has his capable staff for any of your foot and ankle needs.

In order to pursue his medical degree, Dr. Jimenez attended Temple University. He continued his medical education at the Northlake Medical Center. Dr. Jimenez keeps his practice up-to-date with seminars through the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the Podiatry Institute, and the American Podiatric Medical Association.

Everyone at this office was great! The front office staff was very friendly and had everything ready to go when we walked in. The nurses were amazing and so sweet to my very nervous 12 year old. Dr. Jimenez was very relaxed and answered all my questions as well as my son's. He joked with my son and did his best to put him at ease. The procedure went exactly how it was explained and everyone made my son as comfortable as possible. The check out staff and process was just as easy and efficient. Great overall first impression. I'll be sending my husband in for a consultation next!

I loved Dr. J. However, I waited a very long time, and saw at least 3 people go in ahead of me. After waiting for 30 minutes, the receptionist FINALLY gave me 4 pages of paperwork to fill out. I could've been doing that while I was waiting! My appointment was at 2:30. I finally got seen at around 3:35. I actually heard one lady say that she couldn't take me yet because I wasn't finished filling out my paperwork!
I almost walked out at that point. Total time at the office was a little over 2 hours. Thanks for letting me vent. Love Dr. Jimenez though.

My experience with Dr. Jimenez was excellent. He was very pleasant, listened and asked caring questions. I had this same procedure completed years ago and it was a day and night difference. My pain level with Dr. Jimenez was -1. My pain level with a previous foot doctor in the past was +10. Do yourself a favor and call this doctor. I promise you will have a happy pain free experience.

I had to fill out a lot of paper work upon arrival. I would have gone sooner had I known that because I took a lot of paper work with me, i.e. last physical, list of medicines.
