Dr. Kim sees patients of all ages, middle to late childhood, adolescents and adults. Her primary interest is providing patient-centered care based on the best medical science available. She places a special emphasis on thoughtful and meaningful doctor-patient relationships to promote general well-being. Dr. Kim offers her patients an enthusiastic and approachable demeanor with 20 years plus experience.

They are always very friendly at the front desk and the nurses seem knowledgeable about what is expected of them. And also what is included in my personal chart. The doctor is wonderful. I had my first visit with Dr. Kim today and I was very impressed. She was extremely patient and took the time to answer all of my questions slowly and clearly. What stood out to me the most was that she didn’t rush through the appointment or jump into other topics—she genuinely wanted to make sure I felt heard. She kept asking if I had any additional questions, which made me feel very comfortable and cared for. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a primary care doctor who listens so attentively and explains things so nicely. Dr. Min Hyung Kim was so professional and courteous. She listened and took her time. I was so happy that she was so thorough about my needs to see a specialist and covered all areas, with recommendations and scheduling appointment with office staff. The nurse, front desk staff, and staff who took my bloodwork all have 5 star service with a smile. I was happy today.

I was greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk staff. Every staff member was very pleasant and provided a smile during our interaction.
Dr. Kim was wonderful! She is indeed a doctor who cares. I was so used to a doctor who rushed their appt's and she was not that at all. I am so used to that pattern, that I cut myself off at times because I was just waiting for her to say "is that all you need" and just rush out if there was nothing to address.
I am so happy that I changed providers as she was all that I was looking for and needed.
We addressed so many concerns and made plans for a better me.

Dr. Kim was rude and acted like her time was precious. She made everything very confusing. Seemed like she was lecturing me in a way. Odd way to treat your patients. Don’t recommend anyone coming to see her. Her staff are quite nice, I feel sorry that her staff has to put up with such a rude doctor.

I had an overall good experience. I was not aware the office was also apart of gynecology and it was different than I expected going in for an annual checkup with a primary care doctor. However, the office was clean + had friendly staff. After filling out my new patient documentation, I was seen within the next 30min + the staff managed their time nicely throughout my whole appointment . Dr. Kim was very nice + listened to my concerns. She gave her recommendations, opinions + advice thoroughly + thoughtfully. It was a bit harder for me, personally, to understand her with her pronunciation + accent but she was patient with me when I asked her to repeat herself. I got some blood work labs done + was seen in an efficient, timely manner. I felt that I was well treated + got good information + recommendations according to my health concerns.

I went in for my physical, the staff had me measure my blood pressure on the machine and pee on a cup. Shortly after I was in a room with Dr.Kim. She was polite, good at listening and made me feel welcomed. She listened to all my current issues and was ready to help me get my health back in check.

When I first came in and received guidance at the counter, the initial impression of the staff member was somewhat formal, which left me feeling a bit taken aback. However, later on, she created a comfortable atmosphere through clear explanations, kindness, and a high level of understanding. The MA Auburn was sweet too and did a great job with listening, writing what the doctor needed to know and making sure everything in my file was correc. This was my first time seeing a doctor in about 8 years. I have not had good experiences in the past when scheduling and seeing doctors. Dr. Min Hyung Kim and her staff really made it a pleasant experience. I waited less than 30 minutes before being seen even as a new patient. She was professional and cared about what I was telling her. I felt heard which was big for me. For my first time seeing a doctor in 8 years it was excellent. I will definitely be back to see her.
