I arrived at 3:45 for 4:00 appointment. Was told doctor "was running late." He didn't see me until 5:00. Doctor is excellent, but a one hour wait is unacceptable!

Dr. Stember attended New York University, where he received his medical degree, and completed his internship in general surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He completed his residency in urology at the Mount Sinai Hospital. He further continued his studies and completed a fellowship in microsurgery and a fellowship in reproductive fertility at Weill Cornell Medical College and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center respectively.

My appointment was for 4.30. It was 5.20 when my name was called and I was taken to a small room inside. I had to wait for another 30 minutes before I was seen by the doctor. Two patients got to the Doctor's office 40 minutes later than me, The three of us were taken to the small rooms inside at the same time and they were seen by the doctor before me. I understand and I'm ready for a slight delay but I honestly cannot understand an hour and thirty-minute delay.
