I appreciated her thorough explanation of my condition and her multi-disciplinary recommendations for how to improve, including the accupuncture treatment she gave me, her recommendations for vitamins and stretching exercise, and how to adjust my daily lifestyle to hasten healing. I will be seeing her soon for an osteopathic adjustment, as part of the treatment plan.

Dr. Polahar is very knowledgeable! I consulted her for headaches and, after just a couple of weeks, they were mostly some! I've also had accupuncture treatments from her which also helped a lot.
