Dr Barkin has excellent bedside manner and this quality is always appreciated when going to the doctor's office. Dr. Barkin was kind, attentive and took the time to explain and examine the problem with my back. I really appreciated that. He was also prompt and did not keep me waiting. Overall, excellent experience. Highly recommend.

He was in a hurry to move on to his next patient from minute one of my appointment. He asked a few questions but didn’t seem interested in the answers. I had to tell him my history instead of him asking before proposing a treatment. He took a long time to get back to me explain my test results but barely took the time to explain the source of my pain. He told me to make another appointment to discuss it further. Of course, because then i have to pay another copay. My X-rays were normal but he couldn’t tell me why I’m still feeling discomfort. He just rushed through my questions. I was really disappointed.

Dr. Barkin was so nice and kind. He assessed the issue with my finger and did everything possible to make me feel better. The wait was a little longer than expected for a new patient, but I still would recommend this man for anything orthopedic related. He knows his stuff.
