We were new to the area and looking for a pediatrician that made us feel like our son was not just a number. Dr Fleck was great. He had time for us, he got to know our son and heard our concerns. We definitely felt like we mattered. Great bedside manner, he even referred to "shots" as immunizations so he would not scare my son.
