Doctor Grucz himself was good and answered all of my questions, but it's too hard to get a hold of the office after your appointment. Messages largely go unanswered on the portal and when you call in you're forced to leave a message rather than being able to speak to someone directly. I'll be changing my PCP going forward to someone who is easier to communicate with.
