Dr. Zhang has provided average care. I have been to see him 4 times. Each time during the initial part of the visit he asks the same questions relating to my other doctors, none of which he retains from visit to visit--despite noting my comments in his tablet. His office is challenging to deal with. Their demeanor is friendly and helpful, but getting appointments, refills, and administrative things coordinated is difficult. This basic confused admin is the reason I'm seeking a new physician.

Dr. Zhang was courteous, professional, and was prepared to spend whatever time I needed with me. He asked insightful questions regarding my health and medication history, and paid attention to my responses! A lovely quality to have in a physician, and a hard one to find. I will return to Dr. Zhang's office.
