I can't say enough good things about Dr. Bailey. He is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and always goes above and beyond to provide excellent care.?The best doctor I've ever had! Dr. Bailey is not only skilled but also genuinely caring, making me feel heard and valued as a patient. He has also taken great care of my 14 year old daughter that was recently hospitalized for Diabetes 1. Anytime I call him or email or text he will respond in a very timely manner. Dr. Bailey is a true professional - thorough, attentive, and always provides clear explanations regarding any diagnosis and treatment options. The entire staff at the office is amazing - friendly, helpful, and always on time. A truly positive experience from his Team! I will never let my daughter or myself see another Doctor I’ve found our lifetime Doctor. Also they are very respectful and caring.

Upon entering the office I immediately fell in love with the ambiance; a very clean and intimate setting. Mr. Bailey was very warm and welcoming. This was single handedly one of my most positive doctors office visits. Prompt, individualized and very informative. Found my new PCP!

I’ve reached out via both email and phone regarding my appointment and have not received any response from this provider. This is my second attempt to schedule or reschedule with them, and unfortunately, I’ll be looking elsewhere moving forward—and I’d advise others to consider doing the same.
The lack of communication and follow-up reflects extremely poor customer service. There is no outreach prior to appointments, nor any follow-through after inquiries, which is unacceptable.

I missed a call from the office 1/24. The office contacted me again on 1/28 and we discussed the necessity for me to upload my information. I hung up with them, finished my work day, and uploaded the information. Upon upload, I called the office multiple times, up to minutes before my appointment. I did not speak to the office again. I did not receive a call back until 3 hours after the time my appointment was scheduled. Extremely disappointed with how unprofessional this office conducted themselves.

I saw Dr. Bailey after leaving my previous doctor to get treatment for my diabetes. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. He took the time to explain the disease to me, went really in depth about ways to improve my diet, and talked about different treatment options. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me understand, its not easy to find a doctor that's not rushing you out of the office. Highly recommend this doctor!
