With over 10 years of nursing experience — from newborns to seniors, public health to mental wellness, addiction medicine to primary care — I've learned so much from the incredible people I've had the honor of treating.
After earning my Master's as a Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP-BC), I realized something frustrated me: traditional healthcare rushes through appointments, leaving little room for truly personalized care. Patients kept telling me the same thing:
"I wish I felt this healthy on the inside."
They were tired of feeling rushed. Tired of being treated like a checklist. Tired of a complex system that didn't see them as a whole person — mind, body, and spirit.
