I overheard the receptionist say that they were overbooked the day I visited this office. It was clear to see that they were swamped, as it was just the doctor and one assistant. Nonetheless, Dr. Maddineni and her staff were great.

Saw the doctor in less than 15 min (I had to fill out new patient paperwork). Dr. Durga was very nice, personable, listened to me, and answered any questions I had. She definitely isn't the type of doctor who will see you for 5 minutes, prescribe you a medication and not care about seeing you again. She took her time and after blood tests, spoke with me in her office once more. Really great experience, highly recommend!

She is very rude and unprofessional. She is always kind of laughing in my face when I’m there and makes me feel dumb and small. And never remembers to call in my perceptions properly. I have to call the office time and time again to get her to finally fix it.

Dr. Maddineni was punctual, clear to understand, and professional. She didn't rush, but how quickly she speaks and proposes diagnoses can give you that impression at first. For the best results, you need to be respectfully assertive; comfortable with correcting her on details about your symptoms and with interjecting your concerns quickly. Otherwise, you will feel overwhelmed, as if you're falling behind on a too-fast treadmill, and hesitant about the diagnosis then made without your full input.

The doctor herself is okay she just is always activly rushing you out and talks over you. She makes you feel kinda dumb. But much worse then that is her receptionist team. Absolutly no tact and flat out rude everytime you call. Its so bad that ive said "I can tell youre trying to rush me off the phone but if you could please listen to me for 30 seconds i'd really appreciate it"
The office is so conveniently located for me but I've tried to make this doctor work for about six months now and I am finally giving up because it is the worst service I've ever received.

First time here. Went for a check up and looking for a good Dr to make my primary. She was nice and okay but didn't really go much further. She even commented that I was just there to do a check up to "use my insurance." I thought that was rude. I pay for it so of course I should use it. But the rest of the visit and follow ups went well. Wait is not long at all. Perhaps they give more care to older patients.

I really liked Dr. Maddineni's approach. She is welcoming right away and wanted to get to know a little bit about me first because I was seeing her for an illness and she wasn't primary. After this visit, I will be seeing her as my primary. She was very knowledgeable about my conditions and asked all the right questions. I'm in the healthcare field and I would vouch for her skills. Bloodwork is done right in her office which is also a bonus.

At first I was apprehensive to the small, homely office interior but she was very resourceful, gave me helpful tips regarding my food diet & allergies, and I felt comfortable with her during my visit. I like that she let a med student shadow her and asked first if I was okay with her in the room. Extremely friendly nurses, interns, and phlebotomist too.

Dr Maddineni has been my primary care Dr for over a year now, and I absolutely love her. She is kind, professional, listens to your concerns, explain everything to you. Dr Maddineni really cares about her patients. One time I told her that I had tried to see her on a Saturday but that the receptionist had told me she was booked for the day, she said, next time you come anyway. That made me feel good and cared for when she said that. Also, she will call you directly to let you know about test results which I really appreciate because most Dr will have their assistant call you instead. Don't let the outdated office fool you because in the end that's not what's important. I will not trade Dr Maddineni for any other Doctors.
