Dr. McLaughlin is always pleasant. He's thorough and very informative and will answer any questions you ask about your symptoms/concerns. It's apparent that he listens well and he doesn't rush through your visit to get more patients in and out like many doctors sadly do. Certainly recommend him 100% if you have any ENT concerns!

Dr. Eamon McLaughlin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Delaware with a degree in Biological Sciences. He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Medicine and went on to complete Otorhinolaryngology residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
While at Penn he had extensive training in all aspects of otorhinolaryngology and trained with national experts in the fields of chronic sinusitis, thyroid surgery, surgery for obstructive sleep apnea, and pediatric otorhinolaryngology (at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia).
In his free time he enjoys cycling, paddle boarding, and exploring his new home of Miami with his wife and their dog.

I went to Dr. McLaughlin for sinusitis. He is very caring doctor and very professional. He took time to listen my concerns and explained everything in details and offered several solutions. I’m very happy to find this doctor. I’ve been with other doctors and it’s very difficult to find such a good doctor in South Florida. Highly recommend to anyone! Could not thank him enough for his great care. I wish all doctors were like him. Bless you!

Well, i went to see the doctor because I have a lump in my neck and what seemed to be a mild sore throat. He checked me in a couple minutes, said he didn't see anything and sent me on my way. I paid my deductible for basically nothing. The next day, worse sore throat. A week later, I still have a sore throat.

Customer service standards are low in Southern Florida; however, SFENT do very well even the highest standards in terms of patient care, managing appointments, and communication with customers. Any business in the Miami area can learn a lot from SFENT.

Dr. McLaughlin was great - answered my questions, I didn't feel rushed during the appointment and the office was very clean and well organized. I manage a Dermatology Physician group for a living so I am well aware of what it takes to run an office efficiently and the challenges of doing so and providing great care. Would definitly see again (though hopefully, I do not have to...)

Not up-to-date with new technologies! Rushes you out of your appointment. Doesn’t listen to your concerns nor does he try to find a solution to the problem. He was the 3rd ENT I went to thinking he was a surgeon to perform laser resurfacing on tonsils and he had no idea what this was.

The office was very organized and efficient. The wait was less than any I have experienced in Miami, where offices are typically so disrespectful of people's time. The doctor was extremely warm, thoughtful, and thorough in his approach. I was in and out with a diagnosis and a treatment plan in less than an hour.
