I went to the office, it was closed. No one was in the office. I called several times with no answer. If they were going to be closed that day, why even allow me to book an apointment and go? Just a big waste of time and clear unprofessionalism.
Drove 30 minutes to find out I wasn’t being seen. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from this app and the staff at the office who were not willing to accommodate or apologize on their error of lack of communication.
