It was great once I was seen. I got there at 7:50pm for my 8pm appointment and was seen at 11:30pm and was finished at 11:45pm. I'm extremely disappointed at zocdoc for misleading me to believe I had some type of appointment instead of warning me it was first come first serve.

The Doctor looks very competent and good. However, my appointment was at 07:45, I came at 07:20 and was received at 10:40 PM !

Wait time was ridiculous. I couldn't wait any longer, which was very disappointing. The staff and Dr. was very pleasant. I will return when they have better schedule timing.

The staff aren't the nicest. I had an appointment for 8:15pm got there at 8:00pm then was told its first come first serve basis. I waited two hours then got fed up an left. They told me I could come back on Monday and try and get there by 6pm. I left work early only to get there on time and be told they didn't see me on the schedule. i argued with them that i was told i could come back on Monday. They said okay an decided to take me. I didn't get my vitals checked until 9:35pm, which was 3hours and 35minutes wait time. The doctor didn't see me until 11:00. When I was finally seen I saw that he didn't use the disposable plastic vaginal speculum like I was used to...instead he used the stainless steal ones that they clean and reuse. I wasn't comfortable with that. I was beyond pissed. I would not recommend coming here. The doctor is okay but the wait time no way.

Dr. Vincent is very professional with his work but at the same time a kind man. I would recommend this doctor to anyone and his staff is very helpful as well. I left the office feeling assured of my being.
