Dr Caro was wonderfully caring and apologized for the wait time. He took a lot of time with me which I really appreciated and was sure to set up follow up appointments. The wait time was over an hour despite me being early for my 10.15 appointment so make sure to leave plenty of time if you want to be seen.

The doctor is great but the staff is not doing a good job on managing appointment time. I made my appointment through the Internet at 9:15 in the morning and it was confirmed for the same time. However, once I arrive to the clinic, the receptionist said that she had no reservation and registered me as a walking patient. This causes a waiting longer than what I was expecting.
