The doctor is in and out in seconds he doesn’t do a proper exam. The nurse practitioner is such a sweet caring person but seems to be ridiculously over worked. Did blood test never got results or contacted back. When I called the secretaries placed me on hold and told me I would get a call back never did. I gave up calling never heard back.

The visit with Dr. Shnaydman is always a good one. I also really like his nursing staff. They are accommodating and very friendly. I wish I could say the same about one of his receptionists though. She’s quite rude and not very friendly unfortunately...it has not prevented me from going back of course but customer service skills training would be beneficial.
