Dr. Haim's office called immediately after I booked my appointment to say they had an opening that day and got me in almost immediately. I appreciate them being so on top of things. I only needed to see the doctor for about 5 minutes, as my diagnosis was fairly simple, so he didn't really get the opportunity to earn a fifth star – but I would return.

Doctor was very nice and carying! He was not rushing and answered all of my questions accordingly. I really liked him, because usually doctors seem like they want to be done with you so that the next patient walks in, but Dr Haim took some time explaining everything and walking me through the process.

This feedback is not on the doctor's medical services but on the billing of services. Came in for an annual physical but billed for diagnostic services because I asked for a prescription refill. There was no diagnostics only prescription. Shady place!

I visited Dr. Haim's office for an annual physical. The paperwork was very painless, the wait was nearly non-existent (though I was the only patient in the waiting room at 10:30am), and the receptionist was very nice. Dr. Haim was pleasant, if not the most talkative person in the world, but that didn't bother me. The exam was thorough, quick, and I dealt only with him, no assistants. If my experience was typical, I highly recommend Dr. Haim's office.

He is not a urologist! He used to be thirty years ago. Now he's a general practitioner. Don't book him for urology.
He did help me though. Long wait at office...forty five minutes past appointment.

Ecuardo Haim was absolutely amazing. He was great at explaining things to a point where I could easily understand. He was very kind and took the time to know me as a person so that he could better assist me as a patient. I would highly recommend him to anyone as a doctor.

I would recommend Dr. Haim as a primary care doctor, and someone to visit if you have reccurring or urgent urinary problems, as the on-site analysis is great and the Doctor is knowledgeable in this topic. The wait times are very short and there is a high chance of getting help the same day you call, if you need help fast, like I did.

It was a relatively quick visit, but the doctor did not have a strep test and did not know how to use the mono test which from the expiration date I glanced at looked expired. I did get the prescription I needed though so overall it was a decent visit.
