Edward M Condon M.D. ECNU is a well known Endocrinologist in the New York City and Long Island Region. He completed his Bachelor of Science at Fordham University, his M.D. at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara. He performed a Rotating Internship at Dalhausie University in Halifax and received his Licentiate Medica. Dr. Condon then completed his training in Internal Medicine at the Elmhurst City Hospital Mount Sinai Division, and was accepted to and completed Fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at Mount Sinai Medical School and Hospital in 1979. During his fellowship he worked directly with Roslyn Yalow PhD, at the Bronx VA Research Labs during the year she was awarded the Nobel Prize. Dr. Yalow invited Dr. Condon to join her research group as Senior Research Associate, but with small children he went into private practice the next year on Long Island.
Dr. Condon joined Dr. Howard Kolodny in founding North Shore Diabetes and Endocrinology in 1980 in New Hyde Park. The practice grew to one of the largest Endocrine Practices in the country at that time.
In 2002 Dr. Condon founded Condon Medical PC and reorganized his approach to Endocrinology.
