Dr. Jimmy Vo is trained in both internal medicine and endocrinology. Dr. Vo received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He completed his internal medicine residency at The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and an endocrinology Fellowship at Columbia University. He specializes in the treatment of diabetes, thyroid conditions, polycystic ovarian syndrome, osteoporosis and pituitary disorders. Dr. Vo is deeply committed to his patients’ health and believes in developing long-lasting relationships with them. Its been 2 weeks since my appointment I have yet to hear back from the doctor regarding my test results despite me reaching out to the office 4 times. This is a horrible patient experience and causes unnecessary stress. Completely unprofessional to not hear anything back after 2 weeks when test results were available 24 hours after the appointment. Will not be returning.

When I retired and joined Medicare, my long-time endocrinologist no longer acceptance my insurance. I was disappointed until I selected and met my new specialist, Dr. Vo. He's terrific: brilliant, thoughtful and thorough, personable, generous. I highly recommend him.

Everything was amazing. The only remark I will say is the front desk lady is not friendly at all. She is efficient but looks unhappy or mad. In customer service whatever is happening to you, you must not reflect it at work.

Everything was good - Doctor was great. Only issue was that they are next door to a Lab Corp. You would think that is a good thing, and it probably is - most times. I went right after my appointment with Dr. Vo, and they told me at the Lab Corp it would be at least an hour wait. Double-edged sword - they're conveniently located, but they are busy. Aside from that - great visit overall.

The female receptionist is unfriendly, rude and impolite. In person or by phone.
I called to report side effects of medication and to obtain test results and they very rudely told me that someone would call me and after a week I'm still here waiting for them to call me.
