Initially located next to Sunrise Hospital where he enjoyed staff privileges for 20 years and served as Chief of Family Practice from 1984 to 1986. In 1990 Dr. Hoffman moved his office to the Southwest where he was a member of the initial executive committee of Mountain View Hospital and Chief of Family Practice for the initial four years of Mountain View’s existence. Currently, Dr. Hoffman focuses on office based practice that includes preventive medical care along with the care of acute illness. A skilled diagnostician, with an emphasis on compassionate medical care and customer service, Dr. Hoffman has maintained the loyalty of many patients for 20 years plus, A rarity in today’s world of HMO’s and Urgent care clinics.
