Born and raised in NYC, Dr Edward Li, M.D. is an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of the spine, joints, and other musculoskeletal conditions through conservative and interventional procedures. He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and completed Fellowship training in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine at Southwest Spine and Sports in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Edward Li holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry at SUNY Stony Brook University. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine, he began his professional training in an Internal Medicine Internship at Staten Island University Hospital. Dr. Li went on to a Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at SUNY Upstate Medical University where he was nominated the prestigious role of the Chief Resident. Over the years, Dr. Edward Li has received multiple awards for his excellence in patient care. He utilizes a comprehensive approach towards the treatment of each patient and is a firm believer in the goal of improving function and mobility.
