Dr. Merker is a very sweet and nice doctor. He also seems to have long years of experiences. The staff is also very friendly and kind. Only thing I can complain is the wait time which was an hour and 20min.

Did my annual physical exam with Dr. Merker in Dec 2010. Very professional and fast. Highly recommend.
He and his staff are liars. They are rude and place is filthy

Doctor kept answering his cell phone during my visit. He was discussing their medical assessment in front of me. Violation of HIPAA. Then the office canceled my appointment twice without calling because the doctor was leaving early

I took the Critical Care Assessment (CCA) test on Jan 27,2013. Dr. Merker did not have the answers. He said he would research this. After calling him every few days, he never answered my phone calls. I could not get an appointment with him. His staff told me they gave him the message. Thanks to ZocDoc, they got me an appointment March 19th. Dr. Merker claimed he never got my calls and blamed it on his staff and he said he could not reach me on the telephone, which is ridiculous and impossible. I have an answering machine at home and someone working with me iand answering my phone if I am not at my desk. Dr.Merker still could not explain the results of this test. In the past, when blood tests were taken, I had to call his office many times to get the results, and Dr. Merker just had the lab report sent to me. He did not make contact. Yesterday, he looked up google to find some answers about neuropothy. When he explained anything, he used medical terms only and I had to constantly remind him that I didn't go to medical school.

Dr. Merker is a very sweet and nice doctor. He also seems to have long years of experiences. The staff is also very friendly and kind. Only thing I can complain is the wait time which was an hour and 20min.
The Dr. was wonderful but a bit annoying at how many times the phone rings during actual exam/consultation and he answers it. Staff seem overworked and you wait weeks on end for v. bad organization and management of the Drs. office, admin side anyway.
Dr. Merker is extremely knowledgeable in his profession and is a very nice person. The practice is not too big, but he has everything needed there. I did not even have to go to the hospital to get blood drawn and getting certain procedures done. A great, funny guy and an awesome doctor!
