He was nice and got right to the point. Professional but not overly friendly. Seems like a very busy man. I was 'encouraged' to get my xray done at the hospital he wanted instead of the one I've gone to for 20 years. His office and his staff are not friendly and it seems unorganized to me. Not really professional people. Television way too loud in the very small crowded waiting room. Old office, old building, old equipment in exam room.

I used the forms online but they were unable to retrieve so I had to fill out by hand once in the office. I was able to from ZocDoc so I'm not sure why they couldn't. The staff was very nice and so was the doctor. The wait time was somewhat long but the doctor was thorough.

Do not use this doctor! This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
1st they made me wait a couple of hours while they verified my insurance. They could of done this before I arrived. I book the appointment a week before I was there.
2nd they have a new nurse that doesn't know she's doing. She tried drawing blood from me but she couldn't find a vein. She poked both arms before she gave up and asked another nurse to do it. I know she is new because I overheard one of their regular clients tell her they never seen her before. The 2nd nurse even commented on how good veins I had. I really didn't think that much of it until I came back for my follow up. While I was waiting to go in a room, I noticed she did this to another patient. She asked another nurse to come help her draw blood because she poked both both arms and couldn't find a vein.
3rd when I came back just to hear my results they charged me another copay. To justify this they make you pee in a cup and take your blood pressure. All I wanted was just to get my results. I asked the doctor why I had to pay another copay. He apologized and said he only gets 5$ from the insurance.
