Dr. K was great.
His staff was HORRIFIC!!! Part of the treatment process, ESPECIALLY in the erectile dysfunction area of care is the compassion shown by the medical support staff. His staff CANCELLED my appointment at a pivotal/crucial point of my treatment and didn't tell me why. When I called the office to prepare for my appointment I was informed my appointment was cancelled. I requested an explanation and I was placed on hold multiple times, EXACERBATING my frustration and discomfort. I was on an EXTENDED hold time and finally told"you are just cancelled and I can't find anyone to tell you why and the doctor won't talk to you". I asked, how can this happen and no one can tell me why considering I need my treatment. The staff member replied " hmm, well its cancelled so".
This doctor's staff has created a CATASTROPHIC impact to my reproductive treatment and my family plans for additional children.
I am unable to continue my treatment with Dr. K and discover a cure to my illness.

Terrible office staff. They did not provide me with a written prescription, and said they sent the RX to my chosen pharmacy. Checked with the pharmacy the next day and no prescription. It took nearly 8 calls to the doctor's office and nearly a week before they FINALLY sent the prescription to the pharmacy. This was for an infection that requires antibiotics, and took nearly a week before I could take the medications. On the 7th call that my wife made, they told her she wasn't authorized for my account (despite my having chosen for her to have FULL access to my medical records). Even after several requests, they still refused to provide a written prescription, so I could have resolved the issues myself. Just a bad office staff, and one that needs serious improvement if this doctor wants to maintain patients. I'll be looking for another doctor after this experience.

In a very uncomfortable situation, I was made to feel comfortable. The dr took the time to listen and clearly explained everything. He was engaged and not just trying to get me in and out. He made sure I understood everything and was available to answer any and all questions I had. I would recommend this dr for sure.
