Dr. Tjoe is really friendly and calmly explains what he's doing and what he's thinking throughout the experience. I went in somewhat uncomfortable about seeing a foot doctor but immediately felt comfortable in the office. Really clean office as well!

the visit was done virtually but was worth it esp during this time of pandemic; he seems knowledgeable and took time to explain the Xray result and showed the Xray picture on his phone; also did not make me wait to get a prescription for an Xray; he called himself for the follow-up appt for the surgical boot

Dr. Tjoe was great. I went in for an ingrown toenail problem and he took care of everything straight away. He had everything fixed up in maybe 20 min. He did a great job and his after care instructions were clear and specific. His bedside manner is a little cold, but that honestly didn't bother me. He's a great podiatrist and I'd go back again no question.

Dr Tjoe was not friendly or helpful. I had a bad experience with him and he has a terrible bedside manner. He explains procedures in a robotic manner, dumping reading material on patients versus discussing. He is condescending around pain issues. He is not empathetic and I do not recommend him. I never went back again because I did not like his attitude and lack of kindness.
