ZocDoc advertises this office as a primary care facility, which it is not. With that said, however, it's a great urgent care facility. It just recenlty was acquired by CityMD and will transitioning into their system.

Free hand sanitizer when you walk in, tissues there if you have a runny nose, walk-ins no appointment needed, great assistance but a bit of a wait in the waiting room and in the actual office.

Very good experience overall at this office. It's a very modern and clean facility, all the staff is very competent.
Fantastic. Actually ended up seeing a different MD, but the over all experience was one of the best I've had in NYC.
The doctors at this practice are always really nice. The waiting room is clean, and they are helpful and quick.
I was pleased with my visit the doctor made me feel very comfortable and listen to my concerned. Thanks
The whole experience was efficient and easy. Dr. Sarlin was very nice and professional.
Great doctor I highly recommend him. Answered all my concerns and was well mannered.

Quick and friendly, but straight to the point. The office was nice and clean
Verified patient
Very professional, referred me a radiologist who saw me in less than an hour.
He was nice, helpful, and the office was extremely clean and well organized.
Great visit. Professional Staff. Wish he was a primary car doctor.

This is not actually a primary care doctor's office, it's an urgent care clinic. I scheduled an appointment with Doctor Sarlin to get a physical for a visa application and was disappointed when I arrived and found out that they had created their Zocdoc account to advertise, but hadn't mentioned that they were an urgent care clinic. The facility itself was clean and the staff were polite, but they are not a primary care facility, so don't expect that

It was fast and friendly service.

Excellent doctor, very polite and easy going. Bandaged up my yucky wound and gave me some extra supplies to take home. Definitely recommend!

I thought that Dr. Sarlin seemed efficient in understanding the concern that had brought me to his office and in suggesting followup right away.
Nice physicality, nice and professional staff.
I was really impressed by my visit with Dr. Sarlin! I didn't know what to expect from an Urgent Care, but the wait was not long at all and the front staff were extremely efficient and friendly. Dr. Sarlin himself was great and listened to all of my concerns. He is very patient, understanding and kind! Great to know this spot is in the neighborhood.

I made an appointment the night before and filled out all my paperwork online. I was standing outside in the freezing cold for about half an hour waiting for the office to open. I'd say the only negative was that they don't let you into the huge, warm reception area until a few minutes after 9AM. The doctor (Ehud Sarlin) had top notch 100% American bedside manner (which let's just say is different from most doctors in Brooklyn). Also a huge plus was that the other 2 people waiting outside for the office to open didn't rush and push to get in but went when it did open but went in based on how long each of us had been waiting. Totally classy. It's the exact opposite of Brighton Beach medical clinics.

great!

Wonderful new, clean facility. I was seen exactly at my appointment time without having to wait. Doctor was very personable and kind. I highly recommend, especially if you need urgent medical care that is not life threatening. Do not waste your time in the ER. Got an immediate x-ray here. Great Sunday hours too!

I took the day off work in hopes of getting better on my own, but changed my mind and decided I should see a doctor before this "cold" develops into something worse. Therefore, I had to find an office that accepts same-day appointments. Dr. Sarlin works in the Premier Care Urgent Care medical office in Park Slope. He may be deemed a PCP through ZocDoc, but you will most definitely be paying more than your normal co-pay to see any doctor in this office. Fair warning! That said, Premier Care has only been open about 6 months now, so the waiting room, hallways and exam rooms are in pristine condition. No joke! Could that be because the place is new? Who knows. Overall, it seems as though they take a fair amount of pride in the condition of the place. Notes to grab a face mask upon entering if you think you have the flu are pasted all over the waiting room. Not to mention Dr. Sarlin and his NP entered my exam room wearing masks as well. As for the exam/consultation with Dr. Sarlin, I'd say it was fair to satisfactory at best. I went in knowing I was not in the worst shape I've been in, but I also know I am prone to ear infections and have learned to go to a doctor the minute I feel anything coming on. So, needless to say, I was definitely feeling the early stages of this cold/ear infection combo. As a result, Dr. Sarlin's exam was extremely fast. He wasn't very communicative, spoke quickly and over me while the NP took notes on a laptop. At first, he prescribed me OTC medications until I pushed back and asked for antibiotics. (No thanks, I didn't pay a higher co-pay to be sent off for Nyquil). Again, I can't say whether his shortness was because there wasn't a whole lot to diagnose or if that's just how he is. Also, I don't know if I read too far into this, but Dr. Sarlin stood several feet away from me while he checked my throat and ears. I didn't really appreciate that. I understand that health professionals are around germs 24/7, but that situation left a bit to be desired... Overall, the visit was fine; I was in and out within 40 minutes and my scripts were already in the process of being filled at the local pharmacy. I had time to stop for some liquids and soup and was back on my couch within the hour. If you're looking not to waste hours at a doctor's office, need to make a same-day appointment or are in a real pinch/need to see someone STAT, go to Premier Care. I'm sure all the professionals here are satisfactory. But, if you can wait a day or two to see someone, save yourself the higher co-pay and go to your regular physician. I think you'll be pleased more with the overall sense of care.

After making appointment online for 12:45pm I was disappointed that I wasn't actually seen by doctor until 2:40pm. Most of time waiting was in waiting room ( over an hour), with the remainder of time spent in exam room awaiting MD after nurse took vital signs. Could have spent the same amount of time in my primary care MD's office and spent less on the co-pay....Not sure why co-pay is so much...certainly didn't experience any more convience than any emergency room in the city! I made my appointment online, which had no benefit whatsoever......when I arrived for appointment at time I signed up for online it was if I had just walked in off the street...as I stated before, it was just under 2 hours before a doctor saw me.......pointless to give your info online!

I am really picky wish doctors and he was awesome! He listened to every word I said before talking and asked me lots of questions to make sure he knew exactly what was going on. He was really helpful. Would definitely go back.
Verified patient
It's an urgent care clinic so you won't see the doctor you make an appointment with. I went at 9am and was seen very quickly and professionally. Note that your copays may be different since it is urgent care.
I was thrilled to find an Urgent Care just a few blocks from my house and was so pleased with every part of the visit. The waiting room, the front desk staff, the initial intake and then the visit with the Doctor. Fast, professional, very nice, and best part - I feel better just a few hours later!

Very satisfied
Dr. Sarlin was very nice, quick, and efficient. He was a great listener as well, and made explaining some unpleasant symptoms very easy. This was easily my best experience with a New York City walk-in clinic, hands down--I'd recommend him to anyone!
Dr. Sarlin was kind and professional. It turned out I broke my foot and he made me smile about it. He and all at Premier Care are Highly recommended
The facilities are clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. But the nature of urgent care is busy and non-personal. My doctor was on vacation and it worked in a pinch. But if possible, I'd opt for a non-urgent care experience.

It doesn't seem that appointments at this location are made for any particular doctor, so you will likely be seen by someone else. I had Dr. Rosen. She was kind, very helpful, open to questions, and prescribed thoughtful treatment while minimizing unnecessary tests. All the nurses and support staff were great too. I was seen quickly, mid-day on a weekday.
Very respectful, explained my issue clearly, and was a very calming presence. Except for the slight pain of the anesthetic, it was actually a pleasant experience!
Verified patient
Fast, precise and courteous!
While the visit was professional, after an hour and 15 minute wait, I ended up picking up the wrong medication and needed to go back to the pharmacy. As I was feeling poorly, this was a real drag.

I was highly impressed with the efficiency of the office and the care I received there. I will definitely go back when I'm unwell, and I've already been recommending it to friends and coworkers in the area. I scheduled an (unneccessary) appointment online with Zocdocs, showed up at my appointment time, filled out some paperwork, and waited less than five minutes. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, which is way faster than any primary care physician I've worked with. All of the staff, including the doctor, was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Highly recommended.
I was very pleased with the doctor and my visit.
Quick, efficient, in and out.

Excellent all around.
He's great. I felt relieved after meeting him.

Walked in because I had an insect bite. Dr. Sarlin removed a deer tick and prescribed penicillin. In and out in 40 minutes. Awesome facility. Excellent and courteous staff. Wish they were in my town.
Verified patient
They offer appointments on ZocDoc, but it seems to be a first-come, first-serve in the waiting room. The facility is new and clean. Seems to be a good option for an emergency care facility.
