Dr. Ramos continues to be a wonderful physician.
She is caring, considerate, as well as diligent and knowledgeable.
Most importantly, she is beyond extremely thorough - leaving no stone unturned (pun NOT intended - since I didn't have any kidney stones anyway).
She is the simply the best there is.

I had a lot of problems with office staff, getting in contact with office staff, Staff was not answering phone even 20 minutes after lunch break. I finally met with nurse practitioner who was great, but was first told by office staff to go to the wrong building to meet with her. The only reason I am not leaving my pc physician is because the nurse practitioner was so great, and I will be able to deal with her instead of my primary care physician for most of my health needs.
