She was kind, but her recommendation of a recalled, and poor review birth control was concerning.
Also, her comments about my age was annoying. She referred to me as just being "a baby" despite being 30. This comment was in regards to an elective surgery I wanted health information about.

It was so nice to have someone talk to me and not at me. Dr. Biester actually took the time to get background information and answered all of my concerns. Truly a pleasant experience.

She makes you feel comfortable right away and answers all your questions sincerely. One of the best doctor experiences I've had because she talks to you like a human being and not just a patient. I highly recommend her!

The staff and the doctor were very pleasant. She answered my questions, gave me suggestions to address my concern, and did not rush the visit at all. The waiting time in the lounge and in the exam were very reasonable. It was as good as a physician visit could go.
