About Grace Haab
If you sit down with Grace, the first thing you'll notice is that she's not in a hurry. She wants to know what brought you in, what's been on your mind, and what you're hoping to feel like once you walk out the door. The medicine builds from there.
Grace is a board-certified Physician Assistant who came to medicine the long way. Before earning her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Chamberlain University, she spent over two years at Endeavor Health — first as a Patient Care Technician, then as a Medical Assistant in Pulmonary and Critical Care. She's been on the other side of the room. She knows what it feels like to wait for answers, to wonder if anyone is really listening. That experience shapes every visit.
Her clinical training spans internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, behavioral health, and emergency medicine — a breadth of training that lets her care for patients across every age and most of what comes through the door. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan and now calls Chicago home.
What Grace believes most deeply is that the small daily choices — how we sleep, how we move, what we eat, how we handle stress — are some of the most powerful tools in medicine. Good primary care, in her view, is built on listening, on time, and on a relationship that gets better the longer it lasts.
