I am a board-certified psychiatrist who is passionate about helping people become their better selves. Having combined my calling to help others with the knowledge from a rigorous psychiatric training at Stanford Hospital I have the tools to guide people through difficult experiences across a range of mental health issues from struggling relationships to panic attacks and depression to OCD.
I am most rewarded by finding the right balance of medication and psychotherapy to move forward with the healing process. I will work with you to weigh the risks and benefits to any medication at any point in your treatment to help you achieve your goals. If you are not already doing psychotherapy work with a therapist I would be happy to go on that journey with you. If you are already doing this work I am happy to be a consultant to you and your therapist. I do NOT specialize in short, infrequent medication appointments for ADHD.
I am fee-for-service and do not work with any insurances although you will be provided a monthly invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.
IMPORTANT: I cannot confirm new appointments without a brief phone consultation. I will call you after you book an appointment. If I do not reach you please call me back within 24 hours to get the appointment confirmed. If I do not hear from you within 24 hours of the appointment I will have to cancel it.
