Everything was nice, the personnel was very cordial and the doctor was very polite and nice, the only complaint was the waiting time, I was the first patient to get there and I had to wait an hour to be called, but apart from that everything was great!

I went in for an annual, I'm pretty young and in general good health, Doctor Plavnik was very pleasant, but for the most part things you'd have done at an annual were not performed - eyes, ears, nose, throat were not looked at, she didn't feel my stomach or check my reflexes. I did appreciate that she had an EKG test run on me for my heart murmur and that there was a pretty significant screening for mental health. I think if I needed to see a doctor in a pinch I would go back but the appointment wasn't thorough enough for my liking to make her my primary care physician.

Very unwelcoming. No one acknowledges you at the front desk. They will ignore you and talk to their co-workers instead. If you do book an appt here then be prepared to wait over an hour to even be spoken to. This place was a waste of time.

My appointment was at 11:30am but saw the the doctor at 12:40pm. The wait is very long, they schedule 8 people in an hour. Very rude doctor! I don’t recommend!

Dr. Plavnik is very kind and makes the visit lighthearted with jokes. She's serious when necessary but I can tell she truly enjoys helping her patients!

Wait time was a little long but it also seems like a very busy office and they were getting through everyone fairly quickly. Dr Plavnik was very nice, answered all my questions and was overall a great help. Excellent bedside manner and I did not feel like I was being rushed at all like some busy offices.

The staff was very kind and Dr. Plavnik was very knowledgeable.
The only downside was that they had no idea I booked an appointment through ZocDoc, even though my reservation was confirmed.
They didn’t give any explanation as to why they didn’t have my booking. They only told me that it’s better to book over the phone. So I waited from 12:45 (my appointment time) until 2:30 to be seen.
DO NOT BOOK ON ZOCDOC!
