The staff was awesome, the Secretary was very nice and helpful… with that being said the Dr. Nurse practitioner I was supposed to see Wasn’t even there. I was not notified until I got there…Complete waste of time especially since I can barely walk and went for no reason. I couldn’t even find the place because it’s located inside a tennis bubble with no address on the outside of the location. I even asked the cops where Is was and they couldn’t even find it… just an overall terrible experience…. I now need to search for a new place…

Was told I was going to see the doctor during initial phone call, instead I got the NP, which was fine, but she was very matter of fact, and ho hum about the whole situation. Didn’t perform a thorough examination. Wrote me a referral for mri and PT and to follow-up in three weeks. I made the appointment for mri and it worked out good bc I had that day off. However, the imaging facility called me and said the doctor never sent over the proper paperwork to get approval from my insurance. So they had to reschedule the appointment. I called doc and they said they only use Lenox hill for pre-auths, which I was never told and would’ve been helpful the day of the exam. Supposedly they sent over paperwork to the imaging facility and I’m still waiting. I’m not holding my breath. Luckily I made another appointment with my ortho at NYU where they’re professional and I’d be able to get imaging done same day. I made this appointment because it was sooner, but I should’ve just waited. Never again.

If you need a Vitamin IV infusion this is the place for you. The NP Julia Kogan is the best didn’t feel a thing. I come in
once a week to get these infusions .
