Dr Mason was attentive. Concerned, listen, great bedside manner. Very articulate regarding future care. She made me feel relaxed, comfortable and most of all showed true concern for my problem resolution ideas and great patient plan and vision. If anyone is looking for a primary doctor do it let this physical slip thru !!! You will not be disappointed. PS I am a critical care nurse this doctor was right on !!!

Dr. Mason is very sweet. She is not judgemental and just ask questions to get the facts. She makes sure to ask about the patient's concerns and why they are visiting. She is clear and direct and open to any questions/concerns from the appointment. Her office is very responsive; I received the call about my blood work on Monday, a few hours after I received them. The staff at optum are nice as well and the wait was not long to see the doc.

My precious doc was retiring and was located up in Middlesex County, so I wanted to find someone closer with decent ratings. I scheduled an appointment through Zocdoc and was seen right away. Dr. Mason and the staff at Optum were amazing and have surpassed my expectations. Great communication, active listener, really quite thorough. Couldn’t be more pleased.
