The visit was great and Dr kopstick was friendly and helpful. However, upon getting to the office, I was told the appointment time given to me and confirmed with zocdoc was not the one assigned to me in their system. The office staff was very kind and helpful anyway and still accommodated me even though it was pretty much time for the doctor to leave but it was embarrassing to have made the appointment online and show up at the wrong time.
