Dr. Shah was friendly and punctual. She asked questions without making me feel judged about my health, lifestyle, or the fact that I am not great about keeping up with medical visits. She seems to care a lot. Would recommend her.

My appointment was 8:15 but they told me to be there at 8 which I did. I got there at 7:57 waited for more than 20 mins and there was no body at the front desk. I call the operator and they tried calling them whiles I was on hold but they never answered and I was late for next appointment. The Dr Deepa awesome. Thank you

Wasn't sure what to expect because the building was non descript and didn't have signage outside (not in the parking in rear anyway, didn't notice in front). BUT once I got inside, was so impressed I didn't mind the less impressive building. The staff was very nice, everyone was friendly. I barely sat down in the waiting room before I was brought back to the patient room.
Dr. Shah was friendly, inquisitive, listened to me, took me seriously, answered my questions and gave me feedback on what to do. She discussed multiple causes and really wanted to get to the root of my issue. I've been to many primary care doctors since moving to NJ in 2023, and this has been the only place I left going, "Yes! I will definitely be back here!!"

Dr. Shah is truly amazing. I am genuinely moved by how much attention and care she gives. It’s not easy finding a doctor who will sit and listen to you and not rush into everything.
Not only is Dr. Shah a very compassionate doctor, she is also incredibly knowledgeable. She pieces together information/symptoms that have been overlooked by previous physicians. She also explains her rationale for treatment clearly, making sure I am comfortable with the game plan.
Can’t recommend Dr. Shah enough. Smart, caring, compassionate, and committed.

I had a great visit the medical assistant was very helpful and nice and they care the doctor was very nice helpful and she was a great listener she was very understanding and she is very nice to me she has the best interest in your health she is all about giving you the best care you need she will be forever my primary care doctor the office was very clean and helpful I was in and out no waiting long and it don’t be crowded I would recommend every one to her.

I had an appointment with Dr. Deepa Shah and ended up waiting over an hr before she finally came into the room. Instead of offering a genuine apology, she told me, “Next time just plan accordingly because we take time.” That comment came off as incredibly rude and dismissive, especially after such a long wait.
When I tried to proceed with my physical, she asked if I was only there for the physical or if I wanted her to be my primary doctor, in a tone that felt rushed and uninterested. After waiting so long, I expected at least a respectful, attentive visit but instead I felt dismissed and disrespected.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend Dr. Shah to anyone looking for a provider who values their time or takes their concerns seriously.

There should be doctor name listed on the first floor in the building. I was between 2. And 1. Floor because there was no doctors name and each floor sending to the 3. Or 1 floor and admission desk is not friendly at all she was just staring at my face like i owe her money or im not in the right place, come on you get paid for what you do at least deserve the money you get and be nice towards people for that reason i was so upset and left the office without seeing the doctor

I sat in the office for an hour without being noticed. 2 other people came in after me and where taken care of and seen. I then walked out of the office. The front desk people were laughing ans talking ingorinf me sitting there. One was on a personal phone call. It was just a very rude and unprofessional place. I will not be going back there.

Doctor Deepa shah didn't call me or give me feedback after my blood work report came abnormal. I tried to reach clinic but no body answer ,I diverted to automatic call. No curtesy to call patients and give feedback or suggestions.
