I waited between 1-2 hours for my appt. The front staff also required me to fill forms despite sending them online. The wait time in the front and the staff's mess ups put me in a bad mood, however I immediately felt better upon visiting the doctor. I haven't been to the doctor in years because of my fear and anxiety. She was so funny and made me feel comfortable. She actually explained the cause of my problems and why they occur. I hate needles, however the nurse who drew blood was extremely fast and gentle. I love Ahn and her team!
Dr. Ahn was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and had a great bedside manner. I'd recommend her to anyone. However, the office is in disarray. I booked a morning appointment hoping the doctor wouldn't be running as late, showed up at 10:45 for an 11:00 appt, and still had to wait until after 12:00. Dr Ahn sent me for x-rays telling me I'd receive a call with the results later that day; no call ever came. Several days later I called asking for the results, was told they'd get back to me, and they never did. It took over 2 weeks of calling and leaving messages to find out whether my bones were broken or not. Really unacceptable.

Dr Ahn is amazing, she explains what I don't understand. Very professional and she has a terrific bedside manner.
I was so glad they got me in before my surgery. I really appreciate the effort to accomodate.
It was definitely a hectic day at the office when I showed up, but that doesn't excuse the doctor yelling someone's embarrassing test results across the office. Or that nobody took my paperwork that I spent twenty minutes filling out. Not to mention the fact that the actual paperwork was a nightmare due to the way the pages are formatted. Entire words and columns fall into each other, making it a confusing mess. The nurse kept leaving to take calls throughout my appointment. I'm insanely nervous that I'll never get my test results back.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Ahn and I was 15 minutes late because I went to the wrong building and parking lot, so I had to call to be directed to the right place. Since I was late, I understand that it may have impacted their schedule, which is why I didn't mind waiting over an hour. That was my fault. Also, I was told it was one of their busy days. I am new to the area and had no primary doctor to go to. I was hesitant to see a Doctor who may not address what my concerns were. But, when I saw Dr. Ahn, she was really nice and understanding. I would recommend seeing her.

Come 20 min early to fill out the paperwork. The nurses were friendly and made me feel at ease. They took my urine and blood samples and then I sat. And sat. And sat. For a good 45 min before Dr Ahn came in. I almost thought they forgot about me. After a few checks with the stethoscope and questions, I was done in 10 minutes. She referred me to a mammogram faculty that was next door. She made me feel at ease with the whole examination. The wait was just too long. I seriously think the whole thing could've taken under an hour. Parking is plentiful. Only one buck to park if validated by the nurses. The sign is small and you'd almost miss it. Initial thoughts of the decor is drab and dated. The exam table was a bit rough looking. No decor and the walls were bare.
Very satisfactory and complete.
Wait time a little long otherwise satisfactory.
