Her educational journey deepened her understanding of how proper nutrition fuels workout and supports recovery, particularly in her own strength training regimen, which is a vital part of her daily routine. Lizzie earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Hofstra University, followed by both a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island. She completed over 1,000 hours of supervised practice in dietetics during her internship program, equipping her with the skills to provide evidence-based nutritional guidance. Outside of the office you can find Lizzie at the gym, indulging in a good book, drinking coffee, or spending time with her family and friends. She also loves skiing up north with her cousins, cooking, and relaxing with her dog, Otto!
