Beth Davis is a compassionate, dual-board certified nurse practitioner in Psychiatric Mental Health (2018) and Family (2011) specialties. She is qualified to see patients across the lifespan, and has served mental health clients in family practice, urgent care, pain medicine, field clinics, behavioral health urgent care, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization, community mental health and residential facilities. Working with clients in Florida and Ohio, her supportive online environment is an accepting and emotionally safe space. Beth offers medication management for difficulties with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders. She believes that everyone’s lives experience uniquely qualifies them to participate in shared decision-making toward their own health goals. Therapeutic approaches include supportive therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, and radical acceptance. She promotes self-care with good nutrition, exercise, and rest as cornerstones for improving mental health toward a more vibrant and enjoyable life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.
