Hello, I’m Melinda Bates. Are you struggling with your mental health? Are you experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar episodes, OCD, or maybe unsure of what you are feeling? I do not treat ADHD due to the type of medications used for treatment. I work with patients to find the most effective treatments to improve their mental health and help them be their best selves. I provide medication management to decrease the symptoms of mental illness that affect quality of life. Combining medication management with a therapy regimen is an effective way to improve mental health. I can collaborate with your therapist to provide a coordinated approach to your care. You and I will work as a team to find the best treatment for you. I will offer evidence-based treatment options and education on those options so you can make informed decisions about your care. I hold a Master’s in Family Nursing from Chamberlain University, which supports my commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care. I look forward to working with you!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
