This was my first visit. Dr. Durbin is very thorough and takes her time with you. This is the first office where I spent more time in the exam room WITH the dr instead of in the waiting room. Additionally this is the first office where 99% of my time was spent with the dr rather than the medical assistant. She seems to really care about you as a patient.

Dr. Durbin is so wonderful. She takes her time to get to Glynis her patients and listen to any and all concerns. She has a very professional and caring bedside manner, which is very much appreciated, especially when discussing uncomfortable or unpleasant matters. Dr. Durbin really cares about her patients as people and not just as another patient or number. It's truly refreshing.

I had a great visit. The location is close to home and Quest Diagnostics is right around the corner if I need labs done. Dr. Durbin took the time to explain everything and answer any question I had. I liked that she didn't pressure me into having tests or exams done that I wasn't interested in or comfortable with.
The appointment did take a little longer than usual, but that was because they had just switched system. I would make sure to leave plenty of time in your schedule if scheduling the next few days so there's no feeling of being rushed all concerns can be addressed.

While I was filling out paper work, the nurse took me back to begin the basic vitals tests, which saved time. I've never had an office do that before. So smart! Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and efficient, especially nurse Jo and Dr. Durbin. My experience was very thorough, and I was able to fully express my thoughts and be heard! They have a lab onsite, so it was easy and quick to get more tests done. The woman who took my blood did a very good job, as well, with little pain, and she distracted me by talking with me. :) Point of info: the other doctors in the practice take the same insurance, so you can see any of them if need be.

The facility was nice, there was no waiting time and the staff was very friendly. Most important Dr. Durbin was great!
I have gone to many different medical offices for various reasons, and I have never received the quality of care that I received with Dr. Durbin. My visit was based on many physiological changes that I am currently going through. On my visit, she took the time to get to know me and provided me with a thorough exam. Labs were placed, and I received a call back the following day with the results from the Dr. herself. This is what exceptional quality care is all about.

All I can say is WOW! Dr. Durbin sat and took my history herself, not a nurse or a form to fill out. She talked with me about my medical history, lifestyle, etc. Not one Dr I have seen in almost 50 years has ever shown this much care or patience. I'm so impressed. Very happy I found her.

Dr.Durbin was professional, Pleasant and to the point without making me feel rushed. She took her time asking questions and doing tests to diagnose what could be the problem. Overall I would definitely recommend her to family and friends or to anyone looking for a doctor, I found my new Doctor! :-)

She is an amazing doctor, I had seen too many bad doctors, people that see you for 5 min, and don't listen, and I was in need of a good doctor to manage medical problems, it was causing big issues in my life. She sat down and went over every problem and concern, made sure she knew my history, and in the end,not only gave me a good plan to follow with the right medications finally, but also the peace of mind of knowing I had a great doctor that was going to be available for me if I had any problems. I highly recommend her, honestly, nicest doctor I have seen in years.
