She was very thorough and helpful. She spent genuinely an hour with me explaining all my treatment options and addressing multiple concerns. So many dermatologists will talk to you for 5 minutes before leaving & not give you the time to explain & get to know your concerns.

My experience was wonderful. I followed this provider from another practice and the experience at this practice was superior. The forms were filled out online, I was given text reminders with clear instructions and directions for the location. When I checked into the practice, the experience was very smooth and I only waited a few minutes.
It's never fun to strip down and get inspected by the dermatologist, but the provider and the medical assistants were kind, considerate and put me at ease. I especially appreciate that the practice marks and photographs moles/spots for future reference. I know that next year when I get my skin checked, they can look for changes and potential issues.
I highly recommend Elizabeth Hayward, CRNP, and I will continued to receive my comprehensive dermatology care at this practice.

The provider was great, but the check in office staff was rude and indignant and the patient experience was poor from an administrative perspective. It was very frustrating to take the time to fill out all of the online forms before my appointment and receive a confirmation that I have completed all of the forms and then to get there and be asked to fill out all of the same forms on paper because they said they didn’t get the online forms I filled out. They didn’t seem to care that there could be an issue with their system. Furthermore, the forms (paper and online) had a lot of repetitive and redundant questions on more than one form. Whoever created those forms was not considering a positive patient experience. You should only have to ask for a piece of information once and not repeatedly on different forms.
